How do I clean wax spills?
Pure acetone easily removes wax from floors and warmer surfaces. However, please use caution when applying it to your warmer. Acetone is a strong solvent and can wipe away the printed text, temperature markings, or logos on the machine.
Will this jar fit my wax warmer?
Our plastic jars fit most standard warmers, but they are not universal. Because they are made of heat-resistant plastic, they require a warmer with adjustable temperature settings. Avoid using them in "on/off" style warmers that get excessively hot, as this can melt the container. If your warmer runs very hot, we recommend transferring the wax to a microwave-safe container or an empty metal tin before heating.
Cleaning caution
If wax spills on your floor or warmer, clean it using pure acetone. Be very careful when wiping the warmer itself; acetone can instantly dissolve the printed text and markings on the outer casing.
